1️⃣ Return Eligibility

  • Return requests are accepted within 2–3 days after order delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unsealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged, broken, or incorrect.

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

2️⃣ How to Request a Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please contact us via:

Include the following information in your request:

  • Order Number

  • Photographs of the product issue (damage, breakage, or wrong item)

  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

3️⃣ Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or wrong, ShipOrganic will cover the shipping costs for the return.

  • If the return is approved for any other reason (except damage/wrong product), the customer is responsible for shipping charges.


4️⃣ Refund Process

  • Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • Always check your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Returns without proper proof (photos, order number, issue description) may not be accepted.
