Return requests are accepted within 2–3 days after order delivery.

Products must be unopened, unsealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged, broken, or incorrect.

Used, opened, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

If the product is damaged or wrong, ShipOrganic will cover the shipping costs for the return.

If the return is approved for any other reason (except damage/wrong product), the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
